6. Media & Recording
Photography, filming, and video recording may take place during the Forum for promotional, media, and archival purposes.
Event-related content may be used across RSCF’s digital and printed platforms.

7. Event Content
Presentations, materials, visuals, recordings, and other content shared during the Forum may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

8. Privacy & Communications
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the RSCF Privacy Policy.
Participants may receive communications relating to registration, event updates, and relevant RSCF activities.

9. Legal Framework
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any legal matters arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
